For thousands of years the Sonni have guarded the night spear, the secret of Eden’s three moons. Being the oldest nation on Eden, only they know the spears dark origin. Now the spear has been stolen. In weeks the moons will align, if not returned, the seal of creation will break, releasing the darkness that desires to consume the universe.
Jenna finally returns to the Sonni nation after three years of wandering the world. Years ago, she abandoned her brothers Idon and Kamau, overwhelmed by her father’s death. She’s here to heal old wounds seeking forgiveness, and prepare for the coming eclipse. While guarding the walls, Jenna is attacked by Alcron soldiers. A confrontation between magic and laser weapons erupts. Several men are killed. Some escape but leave one behind. Unfortunately they take the night spear.
Jenna and her siblings set out to discover who sent him, but most of all find the spear. They are met with opposition from the cult of Amon, who seeks the spear to create a new universe by ending the present one. Their time is short; the alignment is months before the great judgment begins.
